"I had to call 3 times just to place a delivery order. The customer service when I called the first 2 times were outrageous. They hanged up the first 2 times until I had to make a call the 3rd time just to complete my order. We've waited about 1hour until I received a text for our food that will be delivered at 8:26pm. I didn't get a chance to eat anything because I had to leave for work because they took their slow time to make it and didn't get our food after I was told that it would be done within a 30 minute window. It will be a while before I ever order from here again if not ever. Update: we get the food at 8:06pm when I called close to 7pm and the pizza crust was dry, the pepperoni was a bit burnt tasting. I don't think I'll order from here anymore."
