"Confused on if she stop accepting walk ins at 4:20 or 4:30! & instead of coming out to tell me she wasn’t accepting anymore people she sent a customer to the door… But support black business right ? Worst customer service experience ever. Photo was taken while I was standing outside waiting on her to come down the hallway. Time on my phone was 4:28. Had been standing ringing the bell for 8 minutes at this point."
