"Jeremy is a very sexist and misogynistic man. I came in with my partner to get my battery tested and Jeremy asked multiple times who’s car it is (as if that matters). Once my boyfriend said that it was my car, Jeremy says something along the lines of “Oh, well that’s the problem.” and I respond with “Is that because I’m a woman?” and he responds with “…You said it not me.” This is why women can’t come to auto shops as they’re always unwelcome and belittled, even if that was suppose to be some kind of “joke”. Will not be coming back here."
"Everytime we come in here they give us the wrong parts. Very rude when returning and complaining about a refund. We have to come back 2 times or more to get the correct parts everytime we go here. We won’t be going back anytime soon."
"Didn't actually go in the store, but called for help with flat tire. Had called 6 repair shops that were either permanently closed, closed that day, or not answering the phone. Staff went out of their way to try and help in any ways that they could. Fortunately my spare was good and got me home. But if not, I would have headed there for help with a plug. 5 stars for caring about folks and trying to help!!"
