"Staff is really helpful and courteous. Gamestop is somewhat pricey but they have alot of merchandise related to games and TV. I recommend Gamestop to anyone. I always had a great time when I go there. Sometimes I just go to visit and look around. Window shopping is also pretty kool"

"Chaos in this store. Used games on the shelf, don't actually have them to sell. Over and over find a game in the used shelf, clerk complains about missing games and makes a bet it doesn't exist. He's right. Goes back to standing there doing nothing instead of reconciling the shelves to inventory. 2 other idle employees just shaking their heads at the mess with nothing to do. Meanwhile, several customers try to buy gift cards, but none of them are working either. Everyone just stands there selling nothing, fixing nothing, calling no one. Total mess I offered to lock the door as I left because it would be best for the company."

"i bought brand new Xbox console that didn't work properly and tried to exchange it the same day. was told because I didn't get a GameStop warranty i couldn't exchange it. also they never answer the phone when you call"

"They don’t answer the phone when you call the phone rings multiple times and still no answer you have to keep calling until somebody decides to pick up the phone. This is Ridiculous they have two works in the store and no one can pick up the phone."
