No apology, just a simple it’s not covered under the protection you had because the transporter doesn’t inspect the tires. Tire was sliced going onto the trailer. Terrible. Filed claim with BBB."

They bug you incessantly to book and as soon as you do and they get your money, they fall off the face of the earth. My car was supposed to be picked up 2 days ago and haven’t heard anything. I have tried to call several times and can’t get ahold of anyone. When I call looking for a new quote someone answers but as soon as I start to tell them that my car has not been picked up yet, they hang up on me. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. Terrible company. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for auto transport."
