"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP YOUR VEHICLE(S)! Contracted with Roadrunner Auto Transport to transport my vehicle from Atlanta, Georgia to Dallas, Texas when my family moved in October of 2023. The transporter that Roadrunner Auto Transport contracted with did not communicate with me when they picked up my vehicle, did not communicate with me until delivery at 5am the day after the vehicle was supposed to be delivered, and damaged my vehicle significantly (~$13,000 of damage). Since then Roadrunner Auto Transport has given me the run around following a damage claim submission. Lack of communication, won't return phone calls, and puts me off every time I call or email. I still do not have resolution to our damage claim after 4 months. Just a few photos below...I have tons more. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP YOUR VEHICLE(S)!"

"Roadrunners were very timely in their communication and follow-calls. Their turnaround time was phenomenal and all the people I spoke with were professional to a T. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because of their subcontractor who was supposed to pick up my car from Toyota of Rock Hill, SC, and deliver it to my home in Knoxville, TN. The driver did not deliver on the day that was promised but rather the following morning and there was no communication about it. Also, the car was delivered with no tags, no title, and no copy of the sales documents. That was probably the responsibility of the dealership, but I would expect a car delivery service to double check on such things."

"I had a beautiful and smooth transition. My job closed and relocated me to Greensboro,NC. Reached out and paid. They kept me informed and had my car delivered the next day when I got there. I reached NC by 9:30am and the driver pulled in my driveway at 10am. He handled my car with care and was super chilled. He kept me informed the whole time. I'm so glad I made a awesome decision to use them to get the job done."

"Over all I feel good about the driver and his capabilities of safely delivering my truck I spoke with a gentleman Anthony Herman who I highly recommend to speak with if you consider going through this company there professional and they’re nice here’s my problem…. Maybe it’s not a big deal to some of you but it is to me it’s currently Monday January 8th 2024 I called Friday January 5th of 2023 with no answer I called multiple times including Anthony’s extension and got nothing there online tracking isn’t working due to “unavailable agents” and the same is true with the phones no answer even today 3 days later no body will answer the phone Ive been on hold for hours at a time and called back multiple times can’t find out where my truck is so for all I know right now my truck is stolen and going to Mexico to be parted out by the cartel and I have no idea because I can’t track my truck nor can I get in contact with anyone now"
