"Spoke to a number of reps, the lack of communication and nasty customer service from these people is appalling. They lack a science of professionalism when they make a mistake. I DO NOT recommend using them no matter how cheap they are. The reps need more training or the company needs to rehire. Definitely reporting them to the proper authorities"

"If it wasn't for Joaquin, I would've definitely used another shipping company. He is exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. However, contacting customer service was excellent while inquiring. Once you pay its very hard to get a hold of customer service. Also, I do not like the fact that they keep your credit card/debit card information on file. This is not good and I will be looking into this with their corporate office especially since I was a victim of identity theft. It doesn't make sense when shipping a vehicle to make us get an EIN number for identity security purposes but keep our banking or credit card information on file. I don't like that at all!"

"Puerto Rico Car Transport is hard to reach by phone (long waiting times) when you connect with a representative they give you an extension (663), but this does not work when you call back. They say they offer online messaging support / 24 hour support through their website which is untrue. They act as a broker to Crowley or the actual shipping companies, but offer little support in assisting their customers through the process of obtaining the correct documentation, certification and approval in order to process the shipment. Expect to spend 3 full days obtaining the documentation and verification necessary to ship your vehicle. Also make sure that you clearly read the sample affidavit and instructions they send you, as the one I had filled out and paid a lawyer to have notarized was incorrect. I had to pay again for the notary and seal. They took no responsibility for this costly mistake. Overall, I would give them a negative rating for their communication and support. They basically just make the booking for you, get a % of your money and wish you good luck ! great marketing though because they come up first on google ! Haha"

"They are quick to book you and take your money but then they vanish. When you do finally get a hold of someone you get the absolute WORST customer support and they aren't even the cheapest option!!!! Shipped a Toyota back to the states from PR, and had nothing but issues especially when the car actually got to the states. Also don't believe their estimated arrival times. They are WRONG! you will have to wait over a MONTH after their estimated arrival time! Hidden fees galore too so be prepared! The price you see will not be the price you have to pay in order to actually get your car and their "customer support" won't tell you that! Dealing with them after booking is an absolute nightmare. You have been warned !!!!!!!!!!!! Also look at their responses on here they are all copy paste super generic. They might say they don't have me in the system but what do they know! Avoid Puerto Rico Car Transport at all costs !!"

"I had a terrible experience with them from beginning to end. They never told me I had to pay $80 per person to get into the port to deliver the car. The port asked for a pin number which they never provided. They made me bring my car by 5/30 so it could ship 6/7. On 6/7 it was rescheduled to 6/20. When I inquired about an update, they referred me to the port. On 6/20 they said it would ship on the weekend but the tracker did not show it shipped. I flew to PR and waited for the car for one week and it never arrived. When I flew back of NY on 6/30 and I inquired about the car on 7/2, they told me the car was in PR, and that their tracker was not working. I now have to fly right back to PR tomorrow to pick the car up in San Juan. And this review won't allow me to give them zero stars, which is what they deserve."
