"Driving on Thanksgiving morning, my car began having issues on I-26. We were on our way from Charleston to Greenville to visit family. I knew that I needed to have this looked at before our trip home Saturday, so I decided to go by Firmin Ford in Laurens and I am so thankful that I did. When I walked into the Service Department, without an appointment or a call first, I was greeted by Josie with a warm smile. I was flustered and she was so gracious and kind. She got my car right in to be looked at and provided excellent customer care. The issues with my car had been an ongoing struggle and I ultimately decided to trade my car at this point. Dustin Hatfield and Damion took excellent care of me and let me test drive several vehicles. Damion and Dustin never once pressured me, tried to "make a sale", or tried to lead me into a new car purchase. Once I had made up my mind to purchase a new vehicle, they stayed late (on a holiday!) to make sure the transaction was seamlessly completed and that I had all the information that I needed regarding my car. Matthew Firmin also made sure that all was good and that I had everything that I needed before he left for the day (he stayed late as well).
