"McDonald's is a brand we all know. They rarely surprise you but they will always disappoint if you go expecting a shake. It seems they have equipment failure with alarming frequency so more often than not, "sorry, no shakes or ice cream today.". Otherwise, everything tastes the same. McDonald's has that pickle, onion, ketchup, mustard, nearly dry distinctive taste to all their food. I choose McDonald's when I'm fine with boring fast food. I wish they would step up their game and offer something else on their menu. I would try a McRueben or McPhilly or McGrilled Cheese... Anything that wouldn't work with the standard McDonald's customary flavor: pickle, onion. Ketchup, mustard..."

"Tables and floor were disgusting. I waited 25 minutes for my food and 1 order was wrong. I didn't say anything because I couldn't wait another 25 minutes. Most customers were using the order kiosks. To be honest, just about the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had"

"Waited a bit for my food and I assumed they had made fresh nuggets... Well they did, but they mixed the old ,stale, hard nuggets with the fresh ones. I got like two fresh nuggets and 8 hard ones. Bad business. I won't be back."

"There weren't any jack-o-lantern baskets, nor name brand water in bottles. But there wasn't a sign saying so. I could have helped the children select something else, had I known. I could not give them the cups with water in the back seat like I could, have if I 'd picked juice - again, had I known."

"I work 2nd shift so I usually go late night. Not much of a food selection. Burgers or chicken sandwiches. Don't usually have a long wait time. More than once the bun was hard so it had been sitting for a while already prepared. On a good note, most times I've wanted frozen drinks/shakes/ice cream, it's never been an issue with "the ice cream machine isn't working"."
