"Tried to make a return(forgot my receipt was sent via email) and did not have a paper receipt. The wanna be drake cashier lied and told me they did not carry the product I wanted to return (an advanced auto exclusive product) and could not make the return without my physical receipt. He could’ve kindly looked up the receipt via my email since I did not have a physical copy but instead chose to be rude, outright lie and use a very very condescending tone I believe due to discrimination. Now I have to waste my time and go back to ACTUALLY get my return handled. THANKS A LOT FAKE DRAK Mind you I also had the store number and purchase on my banking app and fake drake over here asked if I bought at the other store… after he said they don’t carry the product."

There is a young man in the Laurens Road store, and his name is Antonio and he is the most service-oriented and solution-focused auto parts representative I have ever in my life had the pleasure of asking for help. Two different evenings. Two issues w two separate cars. Both issues were critical to my family. Both nights Antonio went way above and beyond. And he does it without hesitation, and with an amazing attitude and a genuine heart to help. I don’t know Antonio, other than these two nights, but I tell you what I would put that guy as my national head of customer service in a heartbeat if he could duplicate himself and train others to show the kind of professionalism and expertise that he has."
