"I have been here with my car and liked it enough to recommend it to my son and daughter-in-law and they were both pleased with the service also. I brought my car to them in july 2023 . My son and his wife took their cars in October 2023. Everything was great. I took my car back yesterday.and I was not pleased at all . The mechanics are wonderful but there was a new man in charge and he is not. He tried to over charge me and a mechanic talked him down then he told me if I used my card to pay for it he would have to charge tax. Of course you will.. are you not supposed to charge sales tax and why was he trying to charge me $50 more to start with. I am dropping my review from 5 stars to 3 stars and I hope they get rid of the man that was managing it yesterday."

"Worst shop ever! Tried the ok bait and switch on some tires then proceeded to blame me for wasting their time. Dude in the office acted like he was ready to fight about it and another employee said he’s like that and apologized to me and asked me to come back on Monday when owner was there. That’s not gonna happen! Beware"

"I will never take another vehicle to this place. Ever ! My car was towed to them last Tuesday. It is now Tuesday a week later and they still have my car. Every time I have called up there asking them if my car is ready, they basically laugh at me. Not giving me any answers. It was supposed to be just the water pump and the motor blower. I was given an estimate of 2 to 3 days and here it is a week later. I still do not know yet when I’m getting my car back. Mind you it is an older car yes but I’m stuck at home with no vehicle, and no answer as to when my car is even going to be ready."

"Corey at Easley brake/tire helped me tremendously. He and his coworkers were extremely professional and got me in a new set of tires in a record amount of time. I will definitely bring my suv back for oil changes and alignments."
