"Well, let's see, I received a package from advance auto and I was told I could get a refund or exchange at any advance auto parts. This turned out to be a wast of time, I was told to ship it back to get a refund, even though I just wanted to exchange it for the same thing which was hanging up right at the counter, and the paperwork I had said I could simply do what I was trying to do there as I was instructed. Total wast of time, I don't recommend this chain of stores!!!"
