"Went in to buy a battery, a young man named Alex was very helpful in assisting my son. Alex said that they would install the battery and he would take care of it. Alex was replacing the battery when another associate came out to help him with the installation. While they were checking the battery, The store manager named Jim came out and starts giving them a hard time. He said customers needed to be rung up inside. My wife was inside at the time and said that only one person needed to be rung up. Can Jim or the other two people that we’re working at the time not ring people up?
