"Our company, Arnold's Office Furniture, paid many extra thousands of dollars to ensure a safe and swift delivery from this company, We paid extra for "Next Day" delivery and it was weeks late! Then when it finally showed, 5 cartons were MISSING, and a significant amount of our product was damaged or ruined - even some of the product that was encased in wooden framed boxes. Okay, this happens, but when we went to work this out with Intercargo, they denied all claims and basically made up the level of liability they had. This is a direct email response to our claim "As per our terms and conditions of business (which you agreed to by accepting our quote which clearly states ‘the quote is subject to our terms and conditions of business’), our liability is limited in the respect of the claim you have made against Intercargo Holdings LLC for damage and loss. Therefore we as Intercargo Holdings LLC cannot honor the claim and have in the same respect repudiated liability." We are not happy and will never, ever, ever use this company again. We plan on taking this one step further and filing a claim with our local magistrate to try and recover some of our lost expenses. DO NOT USE!!! SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!"
