"I took my 2019 Buick Encore in for a routine oil change and of course they said my vehicle was due a fuel injector cleaning. I agreed to have that done and a $75 oil change turned into a $329 service. After being there 1.5 hours, they said my car was finished. We drove to Lake Hartwell and the check engine light came on. We immediately returned to the service center. They took my car back. They assumed some code needed to be reset and did not research why the light was on. Got my car back 1.5 hours later. The next day, the check engine light came on again. Called them and they told me to bring the car back which is over an hour away. Told them they were not going to touch my car again. Advised them I was taking my car to Fred Anderson Buick in Greer, which is where I have always gone. Had to leave the car for diagnostics testing, which is a 3 hour round trip drive. Returned to get the car the next day (another 3 hour round trip drive). Fred Anderson did multiple tests and determined the oil dipstick was not properly inserted causing the CEL to come on. I went to Richard Kay because it's a little bit closer and wanted to give them an opportunity to earn our business (planning on buying a new car to replace our other Buick). A simple oil change took 3 three days of my life, extra miles on my vehicle, and a lot of gas. I will NEVER step foot in this facility again and will advise others to stay away as well. If I could give them negative stars I would!"

"Service misdiagnosed my husband’s truck. They said an injector needed to be replaced but that wasn’t the case, we replaced the injector pigtail connector and the problem was fixed. They never told us they charged $331 just to diagnose the problem. Will not go back and do not recommend."
