"Our extended family (a group of 12 ranging in age from 13 to 77) just spent February 2-9, 2024 at The Labyrinth (Magical Vacation Homes #1051) at the Reunion Resort in Orlando, Florida. Wow… what an amazing house!! Fun surprises awaited us on every level as we eagerly ran up and down the stairs finding all of the uniquely decorated rooms. So bright and airy with tons of space to spread out, with multiple kitchens and common rooms, plus so many bedrooms and bathrooms. We could all come together in the main kitchen and living room, sitting around the dining table and island with a view of the golf course, and then we could break off into smaller groups. Three of our teen girls slept in the Hogwarts bunk room… they loved nesting in the themed bunks, and the enormous Hogwarts bathroom was perfect for them getting ready before hitting the theme parks. The 2 boys got their own private space on the 3rd floor “Penthouse.” One of my sisters says she got the best sleep ever in the Spiderman-themed bedroom (where she fell asleep watching the movie). All of the other adults enjoyed having spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds and separate en suite bathrooms. We enjoyed watching movies, TV shows and sports in the theatre, and playing pool and video games in the 2 game rooms. While we were unable to take advantage of the resort-style backyard as much as we would have liked due to being so busy during the days, we loved using the heated spa and pool most nights… this felt so luxurious after our long days out. If we are lucky enough to return, we would look forward to spending more time in the backyard, grilling and playing ping pong and all of the other games and activities. The entire house was immaculate, clean and tidy, and the owner is a delight… so helpful and communicative. Thank you for sharing your fantastic home!"

"The Signature Bliss home is absolutely stunning. It was the perfect place for our family reunion. Everyone had their own space, but it was also easy to come together at the table that was large enough to fit everyone. Our small maintenance issue was resolved within a couple of hours. The maintenance team is friendly and efficient. The game room was amazing! We mostly enjoyed lounging by the pool and soaking in the hot tub after a round a golf. We would love to come back!"

"With a family of 18 we had real doubts about all being in one home. Boy, were we wrong. Your home fit every need imaginable! The kids never once said they were bored! The location was close to everything we needed. Your customer service was very timely when necessary. The home was well equipped for all our needs. The only thing that could have made it better was the weather, but that's not in your control! An extra bonus of Hot Air Balloons and helicopters landing next door made for the kids enjoyment. Thanks so much for making our first family vacation a hit! We will definitely do this again!"

"This is the worst vacation in my life and it’s all Alex fault !!! I save 2 years to take my family on a magical vacation and ending up in a total nightmare!!! We pull up to a eye sore dumpster very unsafe and not secure for my minor grandchildren upon inspection of the home one TV out 9 Tv work no ice made in the freezer in downstairs master bedroom a crack in the table top glass tape up with scotch tape in an attempt hide it and another hazard for my minor grandchild. Then the key card was not in the house. But Alex depends on her inspection report like it’s the gossip truth !! Alex informed me that they home supposed to be inspected the day before the customer arrives From Alex mouth the inspection supposed to be done the day before at 411 Muirfeld Loop Reunion FL h34747 but it was done two days which is in violation of Magical Vacation Home Policy!!! They sent 2 technicians to the house that stay 10 minutes but told Alex they were there 50 minutes And pretty much told me My Mother was lieing about how long they stayed!! All I got from Alex was a bunch of excuses and no solution!!! Nothing was there fault she blame the rain the providers never ever accepted accountability!!! I am also a repeat customer this will be my last dealing with magical vacation in my and I will spread the word to all my followers!!! After reviewing your online reviews I noticed a pattern of taking accountability"

"We stayed at one of their very nice homes the week of 7/24/23. We checked in that afternoon and the pool was green. We notified them via phone and we were told someone would be there to address it. We rented this property so our 3 kids would be able to swim on their summer vacation. After multiple calls and several emails, someone came to clean the pool Wednesday morning. It was not clear until Thursday morning. Honestly, I don’t think they were concerned about it at all until I mentioned health code violations. At no point did they take accountability either. They just kept stating they “can’t control a third party vendor”. My kids were very disappointed they only got to use the pool for half the stay. The main reason we rented the house was for the pool. I requested to be reimbursed for 3 nights. They simply could not do that…..instead, they offered me less than the cost of 1 night’s stay and 10% off our next stay. No thanks. But interestingly, with their “offer”, a contract was included requiring me to remove all negative reviews and SM posts. I would rather honestly caution people not to waste their hard earned money on a gamble of a vacation. I’ll probably make a TikTok too…."
