Pizza Hut 200 Franklin Springs Circle, Royston, GA 30662

"We went to this restaurant after work and wanted to dine in. Was met at the door with the manager telling us "we're not serving dine in". All the while her kids were running in and out of the restroom and her boyfriend/ baby daddy ( however young kids define their relationship nowadays) sitting at the table eating. The girl behind the counter agreed to try to accommodate us, so we sat down to order. Wife ordered Pepsi, I ordered sweet tea. Pepsi was brought to the table and I was told "we don't have any way to make sweet tea" . To my dismay, I ordered water. Response was "our water line is broken". Ok, so how are you washing your hands? We left with no intention of returning. Wasn't the servers fault at all, it's the piss poor attempt of an incompetent management group with no interest in the success of the store. So if you ordered take out on 12/11/23, surprise! Your food was probably flavored with dirty hands!"

"The place needs to shut down since they have no staff to serve dine in customers. There's no sign on the door declining dine in customers and the dining room was fully lit as if they were serving inside. Staff that was there was rude about the entire matter. Will never come back to that establishment for any reason take out or dine in. It's time for this obsolete chain of pizza joints to close for good."

"It looks like fewer and fewer people are sitting down to eat at Pizza Hut there were boxes everywhere and it's clear it's all about take out. They didn't have menus with pricing when we went to check out the price was quite higher than what the manager said when we ordered. He took the order. Overall, the food was great but the experience kind of wasn't."

"A little under staffed on my vusit today. But I was offered a great deal and could not turn it down. Got two pizza's(large) for $5 each because the person who ordered it cancelled the order and the store didnt want to waste the food. So I paid for them and left satisfied. They did have some rude customers in the dining area. And there was only two employees on duty. Way under staffed. However Suzanne and Rachel handled the stress well."

"The pizza always tastes great. Delivery sometimes doesn’t go as planned. I think our pizza fell over on the way as you can see in the pictures. When I called they were quick to give a $10 credit."
