"Don't ever go their for anything! I wasted $575 for nothing our truck still doesn't run well. And this man kept the truck for two weeks. I highly not recommend coming here at all!!"
"Amazing mechanics, great service ,happy people . Kaleb Edward's. One of the nicest people I have ever met ,who enjoys helping others and his work ethic is impeccable. Thank you. My car is running so much better now"
"I'm new in town and have already used 2 mechanics in town. Both are good. But I wanted to try other local mechanics and support local businesses. I was referred to JT by a friend who's been using him a lot to fix his old Volvo. So I thought I try JT out for myself. John was friendly, pleasant and honest. He told me right away what my repair needs will be. His price was very reasonable compared to the other shops I have used. He fixed my issue in a timely matter and did it the right way. So I'm happy with his service and would consider using him again."
"This guy did some work on my family member truck and didn't even use their part and charged them for some work he didn't do. They didn't know until they found the brakes they brought hidden under their seats. So I decided to try to give him a chance and see if what happened was just a mistake. Just off of the conversation and what he wanted to charge me over the phone, I wouldn't go there. Now I understand that if you have your own shop you can charge whatever but trying to rip people off for greed will get you a bad reputation. I wanted to get a fuel pump change out and I already had the part. This guy not knowing that I have called all around Spartanburg and know what everyone charges. It was a two-hour job that would run 120-180 dollars. This guy told me it would be 300 and a three-hour job just to drop a tank and switch the pumps out. I'm all about supporting small business but this guy need to shut down his shop."
"Terrible experience. This mechanic will not contact you for parts needed during a repair. He will put on old parts and charge full price for the work. Was not willing to fix the issue. DO NOT GO. You will get EXACTLY what you pay for. Cheap labor"
