I called Harris Automotive in a absolute panic. I left a message and honestly with my past experience with mechanics I was not expecting a call for hours if not days. Amy called me back within minutes and got the relevant information. She told me Al would get a quote together and call me at the latest tomorrow. Al called me back in less than a hour. Not only was he able to help me get my son's car to Kia using his connections and knowledge but it might be covered somewhat in cost. Now true I am taking my son's car to Kia to be fixed but I am having my car towed to Harris. This is what customer service, honest and genuine good people doing business look like.
