Benson Nissan Service

"Extremely rude service guys. We made an appointment online through Benson NISSAN and when we arrived at our scheduled time, we were told the appointment couldn't be found but they could squeeze us in. Fine... but I wanted clarification so I presented the email of the confirmation and he said that it's through Kia and to schedule through Nissan next time. The subject line literally said "Benson Nissan Kia appointment scheduled ______" l showed him the email because if I did something wrong, I wanted to know how to do it right so I could avoid future confusion. He completely ignored me and walked away. We have bought multiple brand new cars from Benson Nissan and we love the sales dept but always seem to have an attitude issue with the service dept. After my free oil changes, I will not come back."
