Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"This was the first time I’ve been to this establishment. Great service. They got me in and out quickly but it was obvious that they were not rushing things. They made sure to check and double check procedures like replacing oil cap, tightening oil cap, inserting dip stick, air filter checked, replaced and compartment closed. I will be returning for my next oil change and highly recommend this business."

"Why does a synthetic oil change and only an oil change cost $110 now???? Waited too long. Didn’t reset my oil life, and the maintenance sticker for a full change said my next change was in 3k miles. When I asked he said it is the way they are printed out. Not going back. Also, why do I have to give my phone number and email? They are doing away with paper receipts I was told and this is another reason to not go back. Not sure why you make customer record keeping more difficult when I can put an invoice/receipt you print in my glove compartment. Reply to reply. I didn’t get quality service. That is the problem. If you can afford to give discounts through social media and Groupons you can afford to make your services more appropriate. Synthetic oil changes last a minimum of 5k miles. Why even give a sticker if it’s not accurate?? It’s not optimal to get a change at 3k miles. You are not fooling anyone."

"I got my oil changed. Simple process. The guy left the cap off and I had been driving around like that for weeks. oil spilled EVERYWHERE in the car. The car is now not moving and the mechanic told me it messed up the transmission. I filed a claim with Valvoline and they denied the claim. BEWARE."
