I informed them of a problem during the LONG wait & they ripped me off today & I'll NEVER go back! Had I known about the change, I wouldn't have been there in the first place. Does anyone know where the previous crew went?"

"My daughter and I were in Spartanburg today and stopped in for an oil change. We pulled straight into a bay with no wait, requested an oil change, stayed in the vehicle, watched and listened in amazement as this crew worked like a well oiled machine. Within 10 minutes someone approached the car window and said $50. No upselling , no trying to offer unrequested services… just gave us the service we requested and quickly had us on our way. They were fast and friendly and the whole experience was so refreshing. It’s really nice to see a business operate this way and I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to sing their praises."
