"On the day when the hurricane Sally was passing through Spartanburg, SC my truck had died, all power went off and we got stranded on the side of the highway in the pouring down rain. All emergency road side assistance companies that I called were not available, some said they have to wait until the rain stops so they can come and do something; then I called Fleet Tech and got James on the phone. Without any hesitation he said he'll be there to help us. Half an hour later they were at the truck fixing it. Serious work had to be done including replacing the alternator and some burned wires. James and his guys went above and beyond the normal scope of work and fixed my truck.
