"ordered a small pizza with ham and pep, got ripped off by the cutting of it. someone was either in a rush or was just being a prick. they need better workers."

"Up until last night, the worst this location has done is someone kept changing my name in their system but the guy last night doesn't need to be there. I was on the phone handling something important on my way there last night and didn't get to call ahead like I usually do. I tried ordering at the window and the guy said I'd have to come inside to order because "other people would be picking up." I totally understand that but, when I asked if I could just place my order and come back, I was told "No. It's just easier if you come inside." I had a serious back injury a few years ago and, sometimes, it's excruciatingly painful to walk, hence why I use drive-thrus. I ended up having to go to McHeartburn because your guy was too lazy to take an order."
