"They do not answer the phone. The phone rang for a total of 10 minutes until someone finally picked up just to hang up on me. Terrible service, wish I could choose zero stars."

"Always closed early or doesn’t have any employees working! Really need a plug in my tire!! Update. Got my tire plugged the next day and took over 2 hours!! I also asked them to check the air in the other tires and on the paper I received they just typed in standard air amounts. Not what was actual showing. Why are more tire places not open more often?"

"Had to lower to 4 stars, seeing it took over a week to get my oil changed. It wasn't so much their fault due to staffing issues, but their communication could be better (as in just letting people know, instead of leaving you sitting there while they keep looking at you.)"
