"Received warranty service for defective air bag. Easy to find signs guide drivers toward service area where someone is waiting to assist. Took a few minutes to check in. Lobby is well appointed with snack machines, coffee, tv, and radio. Must have overlooked signs for wi-fi. Restrooms were clean. Employees were polite but focused on their job. Service took two hours."
