"I brought in a trophy to add some plates and I asked the worker (I'm assuming the owner) how much the plates were. He told me it would be $3 a plate. When picking up the trophy and being cashed out the price was $5 a plate so I mentioned how when I dropped it off I was told a the $3 price per plate. So out came the first guy I dealt with and was very snippy saying we don't do it for that price like I just made the number up own my own. They probably should give a receipt for the work estimate so there are no discrepancies upon picking up. I'd recommend taking your business else were if you need trophy work done."
