"I wish I could give a zero. This has to have been the most ill prepared and least professional freight services, they came to pick up a pool that was still in its original packaging for return. They showed up in a pickup truck sat around for 15 minutes not knowing what to do so finally they opened the box and packed the pool in the truck and left me the mess to clean up. Never said a word to me regarding the mess, I would never hire them or recommend them."

"Worst “company” I’ve ever dealt with. costumer service is non existent…directly told me they stopped answering my calls. Rude sarcastic and unorganized. 2 no call no shows…….Never use this company."

"This delivery company is trash. Do not use these people. Twice we were informed that the couch would be delivered on a certain day/timeframe and no one came (a total of 12 hours were wasted by the person sitting and waiting). When we called them they were so rude, laughed at us and eventually hung up on us. When we finally went over to their warehouse to pick up the couch ourselves, it was so trashy in that warehouse…furniture piled on top of each other in such disorganization. They told us we were not supposed to be there and threatened us. So unprofessional and downright sketchy. Do not use this so-called company to deliver anything. They are disgusting people running it. We still do not have the couch and will be cancelling our order."

"Normally I do not write reviews, however I feel obligated to report the occurrence so no one has to go through what we did. This company is hands down the worst business that I've ever encountered. It began with the "receptionist" lying about scheduling and being caught in text messages. She simply didn't add our scheduled appointment to her calendar, then proceeded to say our delivery was supposed to be the week prior. They didn't even have the bed to deliver at that time. Owner was disrespectful when attempting another delivery. Poor quality, poor customer service and dangerous. Delivery men came, scratched walls, threw expensive equipment on the ground and left. We had to inform the business we used and either get new delivery team or return the item. No one from this company is allowed on our property due to the aggressive and hostile nature of the staff. THIS COMPANY IS A LIABILITY... DO NOT USE."

"Driver timothy fingland proudly uploaded a video committing several traffic violations on his motor cycle. Then was enraged when a driver took a legally safe left turn. Tim followed the pedestrian home and punched the man. He then proudly uploaded the video onto his personal youtube channel."
