Papa Johns Pizza

"Horrible food. Ordered through Uber eats. Paid 30 bucks for halfway cooked dessert and a pizza that was basically onions and cheese. Tried to call them back after receiving the order, they immediately said I would have yo take-up the bad food with Uber. IMMEDIATELY called Uber to register complaint with a guy who could barely speak English, who quickly made it clear that the bad food was my problem. I WELCOME any Papa John's manager to contact me about this disgusting food."

"I had a free pizza reward and the app would not let me order pick up. It said I could redeem in store. When I got there they said it probably wouldn’t work and had me open the rewards and show them my QR code to try it out. He said it wouldn’t work. I then lost the reward because it was opened. He didn’t even apologize or offer any compensation for it. Horrible service."

"Nighttime/evening crew is fantastic and super nice. They work hard despite the heat and late hours. My only complaint (and why I can’t give all 5 stars) is because during day time the pizza just isn’t prepared as well. I ordered extra sauce, but there was hardly any."

"We ordered 2 large specialty pizzas for pick-up. Pizzas were ready at time stated upon ordering. However, when we pulled up to the window we waited a few minutes before being acknowledged. The order was correct but the amount of toppings on the thin crust pizza was almost excessive. This in return caused the base to be soggy."

"I very rarely leave reviews but this was an awful experience. We’ve ordered from Papa Johns every so often for years, but we recently moved so this was our first time ordering at this location. We asked for no contact delivery, the driver pounded on the door then waited several minutes and would not leave the food until we answered. Once we opened everything up, it was clear the order was subpar. Dough sticking to the boxes, cheese haphazardly placed, plus an OPEN GARLIC SAUCE in the box. Totally inconsistent and not what you expect when you order from a chain. I wasn’t expecting amazing pizza or anything, but when you order from a delivery chain, you expect something at least mediocre. To make matters worse, I called the store several times. It says to press 5 to speak with a manager or someone at the store. I called 3 times, no one ever answered. Completely unacceptable."
