Merrell's Pizzeria 1207 West Poinsett Street, Greer, SC 29650

"We ordered 2 large pizzas. Both had all the toppings in the middle of the pie. Looks like a 5 year old made it. The 1st and 2nd orders were good. One pie was large with 3 or more toppings. The topping amount was so sparse it wasn't even funny. Wondering what's up..."

"We gave Merrell’s a try because a co-worker was telling me how good their chicken parm sandwich is. He drives about a half an hour to go there so I figured it must be pretty good. My best friend says, “if a place can’t make a good cheese pizza, forget it!” I ordered the 18 inch cheese pizza, and an order of the garlic knots. The pizza crust was unlike anything I have ever seen before. It was so thick it looked like a cannoli. The pie was also very saucy which was visible when you opened the box. The cheese didn’t go up all the way to where the oversized crust began either, and it lacked in flavor. The garlic knots were okay. They were more Parmesan cheesy than garlicky and a little dry. The girls who helped me were really nice. No complaints about service, but I don’t see myself returning."

"We moved to Greer 8 months ago and have been trying to find a new pizza place. I'm pretty sure Merrell's is it!! I've read the horror stories about their delivery so I won't even try it. Luckily we live exactly 1 mile away! I call in the order and hop in my car, by the time I pay for it it's about to come out of the oven. The pizza is very high quality at a reasonable price. The dough, sauce, cheese and toppings are just perfect. If you're in or near Greer and want some amazing pizza come check them out dine-in or carry-out."
