I'm Big Georgia bulldogs fan and course I had hat. She told me there manger was a Georgia fan. Next time when my car is due for oil change hopefully I'll meet you Go dawgs"

"Service at Benson Ford have always been top notch. I purchased a new ford vehicle a year ago from another Ford Dealership, and tried their service department but it doesnt doesn't compare with the service that I have always received from Benson..I will stay with Benson service department for all of my service needs."

"Went to have my car serviced because that is where we purchased my wife’s vehicle. They routinely offer services for my vehicle that are unneeded at that time. I was also recommended to change my battery but after testing it somewhere else, it was performing in normal range. They also claimed in the paperwork that my tires had been rotated but after looking they were still in the same position. So, it took nearly 3 hours for an oil change and to NOT have my tires rotated. Will be traveling further for a different Ford dealer for any future service needs. I would not recommend their department."

"I looked at all the different For dealerships because I wanted an authentic oil change as service in general has been really bad in area. I'm glad I chose Easley. Scott and Ashley are wonderful! Love the waiting area very comfortable. They have chairs, tables, couches, TV. This is the perfect place for Ford Edge. We are home. Look forward to seeing them again."

"It was an overall good experience. The service advise was not there for some reason so other people had to fill in and they was not familiar with the services to chose from. I was ready to spend more money than I actually did because I think they didn't want to get tied up with my truck for to long cause it was a Saturday. I will take my truck back there because at least everyone that I dealt with was very friendly!!"
