"Great company to work for. I worked for them for a short time then I got Covid and had to take a leave. I never heard back from them, I'm assuming they replaced me which I can't blame them. Loads still needed to be delivered. I would go back if they had a opening."

"If you receive a delivery from Williams-Sonoma, West Elm or any of their associated companies and have delivery issues, please note that it is NOT THIS COMPANY. They use a company with the same name that is from Cranberry, Pennsylvania. I am unable to locate that company on the internet. The trucking hub manager for West Elm is named “ Lois”. She was asked for the name and phone number for the company that they use. We had uneaten food, trash and shipping manifests of many customers placed in our recycle bin which I cleaned out. I have called their corporate office, trucking hub and customer service multiple times to obtain the name and phone number of the company and they do NOT RESPOND. The owner of this company has NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM and is receiving all of the complaints that should be directed to Williams-Sonoma, West Elm and associated companies. The owner of this company has been courteous and helpful and he is unfairly receiving their complaints."

"This company is awesome. They have nice-looking trucks. You can see how the drivers take care of the equipment they drive. The drivers I have encountered were so nice and helpful with my trailer in Sardis Ms. Keep up the good work. Update: I love the company, so I started working for them."

"Terrible delivery service . I ordered furniture from West Elm and this was the company they used to deliver . Currently they are 2.5 hours late and I haven’t even heard from the driver. The truck hasn’t moved since 12 pm today in the tracking provided. Wasted my entire day !"

"Driving Rt 90 East and the driver drove down the middle of the freeway so as not to let any cars around him get past all while approaching a construction zone. As we tried to pass he swung his rig over in front of us and we had to run off the side of the road!! Than about 20 miles farther down the road a second driver also of your company pulled out in front of us and refused to let us pass and he stayed in the passing lane all the way through Erie until we exited to rt 86! I’m sure they where in communication with each other! Totally inappropriate, rude and unprofessional! I have pictures of both trucked"
