"I wanted you to know how much I appreciated your service. Empire Auto transported my Dad's car from NY to FL in November 2021 and then back again in May 2022. Everyone I communicated with to set up the transports, during the transports and after the transports were so professional, kind and helpful. Everything went so very smoothly. There was the one issue with a part of the car's bug shield breaking off during the return transport; but as promised (re: insured) Empire Transport repaired the part to its brand new condition! I would like to send a special thank you to George for managing and communicating with me through the whole repair process with such care and attention. "Empire Auto accepted the bid from Central to transport my car on 11/11, when the car got here, there were 2 new dents and scratches that were deep into the paint. Owner, Vito, said he'd give me an update on the damages on 11/20. Pic 1 shows existing scuff at the dealership. Pic 2 shows existing scuff in green and the 2 new dents and scratches they put in red. A month on, and I still haven't heard back from Vito, he's dodging all phone calls and texts. After jumping through multiple hoops, I found out they don't even carry cargo insurance and are self insuring on that portion. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. A small claims lawsuit is pending."
