"Very poor service my kids had a appointment never was notifyed of this transportation company of them not able to provide a ride next is they didnt forward me to anyone else and plus my child is a cancer pateint and he was very rude on phone he couldve set us up with another company wow i would never recommend this guy to anyone such a bum service"

"This transportation company is the WORST..due to the owner not being informed when a very bad review came from MAS around a month ago..one young girl who took me had a friend with her that wasn't a client..she had her feet up on the dash..the driver and her were on their cell phones the whole way..the car was dirty and she hardly kept her eyes on the road..MAS told me they sent the report ..I was late after I waited 3 months for my appointment and if you are 15 minutes late MOST doctor's offices will either reschedule you or charge a horrendous fee for missing the appointment. Medical transport companies are supposed to have drivers who are certified in CPR ..ask to see their card you want see it. One client had a seizure in route the driver pulled the car over got Out and called the coMpany asking what to do instead of even making sure the client was out of harms way..this company could do better if the owner knew half of what is going on in the vehicles that are taking the clients to MEDICAL appointments....DO BETTER SKYYHOMES"

"Well I must say my driver was early and got me to my appointment early... However , the doctor took me in early and instead of seeing me at 3:15 p.m., they saw me at about 2:20 p.m., I was out of the doctor's office by 2:55 p.m.. I waited about a half an hour until I called or contacted my driver who was amazing to me. He was on the road and said that he would get there as soon as possible. He did not arrive until approximately 6:00 pm. And then we had some snow coming down about halfway home in which it's a 45 minute ride for me to get home. He was an amazing driver and I deeply appreciate it. He did explain that he has a problem driving in the dark. However, the length that I sat there waiting for him to return was totally uncalled for. I would never recommend this transportation company for anyone. It's the worst I've had so far. Unfortunately, I have another upcoming appointment scheduled with them through the transportation department that I may have to change to a different carrier to get me to my appointment and home accurately. I don't mind waiting for an hour, but the amount of hours I had to wait was uncalled for. Sincerely. XXXX"

"If I could give 0, I would. They were scheduled to arrive at 11am and did not arrive until 2pm. Instead of giving us a reliable estimate or being honest about the delay, they just kept lying and shrugging us off. "Oh we are 30 minutes out." "Oh just another hour." "10-20 more minutes." Absolutely appalling. Not to mention the gentlemen that showed up were dressed like they walked in off the street. One was wearing an Absolut Vodka beanie. Are these the kind of people you hire and depend on to serve patients requiring medical transport? I will NEVER be using you guys again, and I promise I will be telling anyone and everyone who will listen to avoid you like the plague. I'll also be putting in a complaint to Medicaid. You guys should not be allowed to accept any rides through MAS connects."

"This provider is only interested in money. If your trip isn't far enough they will cancel you and pass it on to Empire Transportation (another shaky organization) Unfortunately I am in a wheelchair, so depending on a ride to the Doctors is very very important. Some of my Doctors are in Buffalo, NY. So Skyy Homes usually is right on time for that trip. Something needs to be done of Skyy Homes business pratices and the condition of their vehicles as well (they stink, dirty and need to be inspected for safety) Plus let me mention Skyy Homes will have you waiting 1-3 hours for a return trip even though the return trip time is on the paperwork. And MAS seems to allow them to continue operating. The disabled or handicap people need to stand tall and do something about this provider and MAS practices when it comes to disabled people. We are living breathing human beings but with a disability. But MONEY seems to be more important with this company than us. Maybe a petition to shut them down for good and take back our rights...I smell DISCRIMINATION SUIT!!!!!"
