"Absolutely awful. It took two days for them to get a prescription ready for our sick 4 year old son who just got even worse. Then they screwed it up because they said they didnt know he was that young. Date of birth shows 2014!! It does not take a genius to figure that out! And they failed to apologise for anything. Shame on them!"
