"As always the pizza and pasta were good but, the salad bar was pitiful. Very typical for this location."

"Female employee on the phone was very rude. When my wife asked, "is this the Cornelia PH?" The girl's answer was," that's why I answered Cornelia PH." We drove over to place and order and it was extremely cold in the restaurant. 2 employees were arguing over the thermostat. Customers were complaining about the cold but the male cook turned the air on colder...the girl tried to turn it down. The bickering and complaining by staff was appalling. Rest assured, we will not be back."

"UPDATE went back (07/15/23) and it was great! I added some pictures of the menu and our pizza which was light sauce, half Italian sausage,half pepperoni and extra cheese on a pan crust. It came out within 30 minutes and the staff very friendly. Had a carry out order for a large thin crust Italian sausage with extra cheese (see picture for price) We got a thin crust which looks fully loaded (see picture). The dough was almost uncooked in most places and it had hair in it."

"Due to the decreasing quality we had sworn off of pizza at Pizza Hut several years ago. This past Halloween we wanted to take our grandchildren out to eat before they trick or treated. It was one of the few places we could find open to dine in. We went in to eat and had really good food and good service despite them being extremely shorthanded. We decided last night to place a takeout order for pizza and it could not have been worse. Of the two pizzas we ordered only one was what we actually ordered. The other was a completely different pizza. I have to guess they gave us someone else's order and I'm sure that those customers were disappointed when they got home and had ours.  Maybe not as much as we were to find a pizza with pineapple on it but you get my meaning. The other thing is, the wrong pizza that was given to us was literally barely cooked. The crust is not brown on the edges and not brown on the bottom (see photos). Overall it was incredibly greasy and a terrible experience with the food. Also the older gentleman at the drive thru always acts like you're bothering him whenever you go there, that was another reason we stopped getting PH before."
