Pawn King

"So I just traveled over 2 hours from where I live to pick up an item and because I was late getting it willing to pay double to get it back and because they close at 8:00pm I began calling at 7:30pm letting them know that I would be there according to GPS at 7:58 which is cutting it close I know but still they close AT 8:00 so....I was very surprised when no one would answer my call even after calling 6 times in 30 minutes and even more surprised when I arrive at 7:58pm to find that the doors had been locked early and the workers were trying to avoid being seen. Then I get told by some gentleman outside that oh they closed come back tomorrow when I just traveled 2 hours and DID in fact make it in time but because these employees did not want to do there job I am now forced to incur ANOTHER late fee as well as make this trip again because they could not be bothered or expected to actually do there job at 7:58 and apparently they stop answering phones at 7:30 so it seems to me that either the closing time on door is a lie or the people working there are trash in my opinion...but I WILL be filing a formal complaint with the owner who I have done good business with in the past and I'm sure he doesn't appreciate the way this reflects on him...so we will see what happens, but yeah I'll be back tomorrow."

"The guy with the ponytail likes to lowball purposely, I brought in a tv and was offered $70 on the spot but forgot a chord so they told me to just bring it back once I get that and I’d get my $70. When I came back he was there and insisted all I could get was $10 for it when I was just told I could get $70 smh ridiculous"

"I called and asked if they had a certain size TV and what the price was. Got the price, which was very reasonable for the size I wanted. I stated I would be in before they closed. When I arrived at the store, was greeted upon walking in. The gentleman and young lady who were working were very pleasant and very helpful. I got my TV and they tested it for me before I left. Everything was very professional. Yes sir, thank you, have a great night, such respect for a customer. I will dwfidefini do business there again. Thank Pawn King staff for an awesome experience."
