"WORST experience ever. Dispatcher said 15mins but waited 30 mins in the airport. Car was wobbly whole time. Driver was keep changing the lanes here and there, speeding, worst part is he almost hit the person. my husband and I was almost hit the front seat. NO apologize he was blamed Pedestrian... price was way higher than Lyft, Uber, and other taxi company. i never paid more than $20. NEVER EVER GOING TO USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY."

Made me and my mom walk to three different places, made us wait when they said they will be here in 15 minutes, they made us run around the city for an hour until we got fed up called a cab. My mom ended up missing my flight. These people at terrible."

"Worst taxi company and owner ever. The driver was really nice, but the company sent a sedan for two guys with 6 luggages. I also chose the ‘pay with card’ option, but apparently they don’t have a proper system implemented (like paypal) and when I arrived at the destination, the company owner called and claimed I free rode and tried to force the driver to take me and my brother back to manhattan to the police station. Luckly the driver was nice and let us off, even unloaded the luggages for us, and I ran inside the airport to the ATM to get cash. The driver was the one saying sorry to us, when clearly his boss is a piece of sh**. Never use this company if you dont want to be called a ‘free rider’ and don’t want to be threatened for the poor service you are willing to pay for."

"기사 분들은 너무 좋은데, 자주 이용 했는데 dispatcher 하는 사람이 너무 불 친절하네요.The most ridiculous service ever. Besides lacking drivers, the dispatcher has a nastyass attitude. We were waiting for the cab and it never showed up for almost 30 mins so there was a miscommunication between the driver and the dispatcher. He calls me and gives me attitude like it's my fault. Driver calls me to ask to wait but dispatcher states it was canceled. Uhhh okay? So I snapped at the dispatcher like I'm supposed to know? It's your fault. He forcefully apologized and I hung up. And they report to me as their "단골". Yea okay never using their service ever again. Get a new dispatcher"
