What is certain is that it is cheaper than the Orange Taxi. That taxi company is New York Friend Taxi. Please use New York Friend Taxi."

"Orange Car Services-Recently called Taxi office from Arrivals at JFK and asked if there was a driver in the area. Driver responded immediately with a call back that he was 7 minutes away and gave me a location where to meet up outside. Very punctual, polite and helpful and I was on my way back to Bayside, Queens altogether about 30 minutes from initial phone call. Beware of scammers outside terminal trying to hustle you a ride. Thank you very much"

"I’ve used this company several times over the last few months. They are quick, efficient and very reasonably priced for their car services! In one instance they were running just a few minutes behind due to traffic and they called me to let me know the updated ETA, which I appreciated. I’m not sure where the negative reviews are coming from but I’ve only had positive experiences with this company."

"Used call van at 10pm with wife and 2 young sons. Call van first charged 12 dollars to drop off my sister 2 blocks to her hotel. When we complained about the charge, the dispatcher threatened to have the driver stop on the freeway to drop us off in sub-freezing weather and call the police. This happened on Christmas eve. Never use this service."

"As a college student on a tighter budget, I was reaching out to different services for quotes to see if I was able to afford what the marketprice is/ if any best fit the range I was working with. After hearing back from 2 other Korean-american services (was trying to patron a local Korean business) but getting hung up right after each gave me a quote (not giving me enough time to reserve their service), I called Orange Taxi Service. When I called, I was rudely interrupted by the owner accusing me of trying to fish them and other Korean taxi services for lower rates without booking (when it was the business that hung up on me right after they gave me a rate lol. I think the same call center runs several "Korean taxi services"). He then proceeded to hang up.
