"This place is amazing. Extremely upscale and worth the price. Price varies on weekends like every other place. The staff is incredible. Choose a room or party in the bar area both make for a great night!"
"My experience at V-show KTV Flushing NY First visit (walk-in)12/22/23 Friday @11PM This is a new karaoke/club that just opened on 12/15/23 in Flushing, NY. Originally my friend and I went to check out the clubbing area but since there was no seating available in the bar and nowhere to hang out or put on our coats away we got a karaoke room instead for the night. Price for a small karaoke room is available during weekends and holidays for $60 per hour. (With this $60 you can order drinks, food, snacks, and fruits) Sang for 3 hours, the total bill came to $180 plus tax and gratuity. We paid $240 total with tips. The servers were attentive and courteous. Rating: 5 stars for the first visit. Second visit (Reservation) 12/29/23 Friday @ 11 PM *Server # 27 *Server # 12 (name tag) Rating: 1 star (no negative star) if there was one I would so give it !! *****Worst customer service ever!!!***** Since we had a good experience at V-show the first time we decided to go again. We made a reservation for the room. Bear in mind that this is only 1 week apart from our last visit. Server 27 is the first server that took us to the room. When we went inside he said since you come at 11 PM it is mandatory to keep the room till 4 AM. Your bill will be a mandatory charge of 5 hours ($300 + tax + gratuity ) I said I was here last week on a Friday same time and didn't know about this so-called mandatory billing. How come it's different this week? My friend went out of the room to speak to the two hostesses at the front desk. She explained hostess exactly what happened last week and asked how it was different this week and nothing was told to her when she made the reservation. The hostess and server stated that last week was a mistake in explaining to us. What they are telling us right now is the correct version of how they charge. Next time we come, the bills will be like this with a mandatory room charge. But for tonight, the charges will be the same as last week.$60 per hour, up to how many hours we decided to stay. My friend and I decided to stay longer this time. At 3 AM server # 27 walks in and asks us to pay the bill for the night. They charge us up to 4 AM (extra hour) The total bill amount was $60 x 5 hours 11 pm -4 am (5 hours total) $300 plus tax and gratuity. $327(tax included) and we gave a $73 tip which is more than a 20% tip At the time when I was paying the bill I asked server # 27 if I needed to order additional beverages do I still have to pay because I didn't order up to the room charge? He said no there will not be any additional charges since we did not you did not order up to the room charge. 15 minutes later I placed an order for a couple of bottles of water. This time it was server # 12 who brought the bottles of water and at the same time, he brought me a new bill for $40. Server #12 said I have to pay since I already paid for my previous bill. WTF Seriously!!! I am asking for management but did not get any response. I understand business is slow but this isn't how you try to rip people off. I also work in the hospitality field and this isn't how you treat your customers. I grew up and lived in NYC and have been to many of these karaoke establishments and this is one of the worst experiences I have encountered. I normally do not write reviews but this time I decided I had to share this awful experience so other people would not have to experience this. I hope the owners/partners of V-Show see this review. Your servers need to be retrained!! Communication is very important!! Also do not MISLED your customers with misinformation. This is the reason why people WILL NOT GO BACK to your establishment. On a good note, the security team you hired is awesome!! They can teach your servers and hostesses about customer service skills. I will not go back there ever!!!"
"LITTY!!! I didn’t eat here yet but the atmosphere, decor, customer service and facilities were amazing. The best thing to do when you want to have way too much fun with friends in an intimate setting! I loved this place! International music selection and very clean precautionary measures taken with mics."
"The space is stunning!! We were blown away when we walked in. It’s very elevated for a ktv spot. I love the bar lounge feel of the front area. The LED visuals are super impressive and the area is spacious enough to fit a 250+ pp concert. I can’t believe this is in Flushing! The private karaoke rooms are cozy and stylish without being too gaudy, which was a relief for us because we dressed nice. Honestly, this is the venue that Flushing has needed for a while: beautiful private rooms, karaoke late nights, live concerts, multi-event space, and concert hall."
