"My friend and I went to there for singing 3 hours. The waiter did not answer our questions and did not tell us the minimum charge. Until the last 10 minutes, another guy came in and told us that they have the minimum charge. We felt bad about this stupid service and decided to give 12% tips. However, the guy came in again and said that the minimum tips in this KTV is 18%, it’s not allowed to go under 18%. I argued the bad service and he called his manager. His manager said that the minimum tip is 15%. They won’t let us go if we do not give them the tip they want. FKING STUPID SERVICE! ! !"

"Came a few times before and enjoyed my time. Always nice to come by, we ordered a bottle & the set with a fruit platter & soda alongside it this time and the “show” of it was really nice lol. Kinda wish room could get a bit darker though. Private washroom was nice but ran out of hand soap at one point so that wasn’t great lol. Wish the song selection was larger as well but still had most songs we wanted so not bad! Will definitely come back again, greatly enjoyed my time!"
