"Sorry guys but to be honest these dudes seems to have limited knowledge. They seem to have difficultues with E vehicles other than what they sell. They wouldnt even look at my scooter when i told them there was an issue with the circuit breaker and the left break. They also took a little over an hour to change a flat tire on my scooter and the tire emptied (air) before i made it home. I walked back about 2 miles so they can fix what they did and they wanted to charge me again. All in all i wont bother with these guys again."

"And just like that, 5 stars.... lets start with why I liked this place, I visited 3 other locations and was NOT HAPPY with the customer service. Here I was immediately tended to and made feel welcomed at this store. All my questions were answered and not once did they make me feel like they were there just for the sale. I went once before, before going to look at the other stores but made my way back. The other stores, were messy, dingy, and looked like a chop shop of scooters... yes I understand they work on the scooters right there, and not an actual shop, but here they kept their spot clean. That's what made me come back, believe me , I was offered a scooter for almost 1000 less that what i paid here, but I have the piece of mind that my scooter was in good working condition, as he worked on it in front of me. and made sure everything was in tip top shape. Well, 45 mins later i was rocking a brand new VENOM scooter. I will definately refer this store to any one who may ask me about the scooter. So yes, buy from these guys!!!"

"One of the few bike shops near my home that only services electric scooters ,mopeds, bikes. The services awesome they sold me a really cool moped I'm in love with it and they service my moped as well without charging me for it just taking a look at it tuning it up and stuff like that but it's still awesome that they did that not a lot of places do that. The staff that works there are friendly to their customers and they try to make you feel like you're at home while they're servicing your ride. Prices are okay they're reasonable. I also bought some new tires I told them that I wanted my old ones since they were new they told me that they can hold them for me I picked them up about a month and a half later and they just returned them to me like nothing no hassle no charge they just said hey you're ready to pick up your wheels here you go. pretty awesome as well if I don't say so."
