"I'm sure if they saw me for my pain, they would PROBABLY know what they are doing. But after they made an appointment for me (waiting 2 weeks in pain to see them), they claimed there was no appointment..but I put it in my phone before I left their clinic. Now I was told ANOTHER 3 WEEKS IN PAIN because they supposedly deleted my appointment. Very unprofessional!! I could have made an appointment somewhere else."
"First I want to state the unprofessionalism of a physician having a conversation stating that new patients are first priority for appts while current patients are in the waiting area. My mother is a nurse and we both could not believe what we just heard. That language suggests the type of place that overbooks and has regular patient waiting for hours when they have a scheduled appointment. Today my father had a 145 appt and we lokento get to appointment early because of his limited mobility so we arrived at 1pm. At 140 I asked how many people were in front of him and they said 4. So after hearing what the doctrine said earlier and now knowing we will probably be here another hour ir so is disheartening. Not everyone can sit in a waiting room for 2 hours when they have an appt. Also Doctors and staff should be mindful of the conversations they have out loud in front of waiting patients."
"Worst place to get PT from. Staff keeps you waiting for 30+ just to walk into the back to begin. There’s no real dedication to individuals and their specific needs. The therapists are usually frazzled and don’t keep good track of you while doing exercises. One day I decided to simply look for a different place and by far best decision I made since beginning treatment at this facility. Don’t waste your time."
"All of the staff are courteous and professional. The facility is Covid-clean. More importantly, the staff are very patient and attentive. I experienced a miscommunication with booking my appointments, which was immediately rectified. Thus far, I am well taken care and would not to receive treatment elsewhere."
"This is place has been my Physical Therapy office for 4 years. The staff, doctors, and physical therapist are excellent! They treat you will the upmost respect and concern for your well being and health. Dr. Gopal and the team of doctors and therapist that he work with are top notch and very welcoming."
