"Went during late May to take advantage of a deal on Mulch. The deal was there as advertised no issues there, however they had only 2 cashiers who needed to service a line of 11 customers, and both of them had an "issue" they were trying to resolve with their customer that they did not have the knowledge or authority to fix. Everyone waited 15min for a manager to make it back there. Marketplace is the only Lowe's location I've had this issue and more than once."
