"I ordered a bow through Elite and haven't even received it yet and am already very disappointed. First problem was giving me the tracking number to one order previous of mine. Second was they switched the last two number on the zip code so the bow was shipped to some other person and idk where it is. I have been on the phone with ups for 45 minutes figuring out that the reason I haven't received my bow yet was because elite messed the zip code up. When you try and call customer support during business hours either go straight to voice mail or 15 second hold straight to voice mail with a full voice mail box. I am very disappointed in the whole process. So never order online from them always pick up from a dealer"
"Had a Scott release for just over a year. Trigger broke at the end of the season. I contacted the company and sent pictures. They said they would send a new one. 8 months later still nothing. Started the claim over and in 2 more months still nothing. I offered to just buy the parts originally to fix it myself but they didn't consider that an option . They didn't respond to my last 2 emails so I promise to never buy a Scott archery product again. Local archery shop said Scott has poor customer service. I agree. And my new Tru Ball release works great."
"My son John had to return 2 releases due to breakage as a result of faulty manufacturing. Customer service promised a replacement release in time for a father son hunt to Africa. Still not received....and as a result you have Generation Next, an avid young teen bow hunter who will look elsewhere for better quality. Very disappointing."
