"** Buyers Beware - Know who you're doing business with ** I've had a Bear Attitude for the last 9 years and I've loved it. Put money down on the new 24' Alaskan XT. Then someone at Scheels shows my the Elite Omnia on sale. It's bare and more than I wanted to spend. But after doing my researched seemed to be an amazing bow. I bought it and loved it. Within a month I bought the Elite Arrow quiver, stabilizer and a handful of other Elite products. My son liked it so much he upgraded to a new Ember. I spent close to 2k in 30 days on Elite products. Last Saturday while shooting my daily arrows. The bow made a god-awful sound, kicked the arrow to my right and completely blew up in my face. It let a mark on my spot hog and the limb stops complete destroyed the cams and potentially the limbs. I was told that the shop would take pictures and see if I could get a warranty for anything. Somehow from pictures of the aftermath, they're able to determine that it wasn't an issue with the bow. I have no trust or faith in this companies' products or their ability to support their customers. I'll never give them or their sister companies another dollar and suggest others be mindful before handing hard earned money over. Stick to companies with reputations for standing behind their products and supporting their customers."

"I recently had an issue with my Elite Option 6 bow and its roller guard that led to premature cable fraying. Luckily I played by the book and registered my warranty and contacted customer service about the problem. The fact of the matter was that I was missing a piece of my roller guard and the customer service worker was very helpful in resolving the matter over email. He had quick response times and offered great insight in resolving the matter at hand. I am very very pleased with the way that Elite Archery handled the issue and look forward to doing business with them in the future."
