"I walked into Swarovski to browse and see some deals, as we were visiting from Canada, however I walked out with about $600 worth of merch and a huge smile on my face thanks to Jeet. She greeted me as I came in, gave me my time to browse and then realized I was in a dilemma and provided me so much honest and helpful advice when picking out gifts for mothers day presents as well as for my cousins. Jeet was truly a sweetheart and I even ended up going back to the store within the same hour to get more stuff - only because of how sweet she was! This was by far the best experience I've had shopping at any jewelry store thanks to her :)"

"Once I discovered there was a Swarovski outlet, I have been there regularly. Great discounts from 30-70%, and I also had a birthday discount which really made me go crazy shopping. Dawn is the manager and so helpful and kind. I had bought a necklace on a previous visit, and discovered there was an extra link in the chain; she switched it out on my recent visit with no problem. Sometimes there can be difficulty getting a replacement at other stores but this was so easy! The other staff are excellent as well - always welcoming, and patient with explaining the discounts. It is very easy to go a little overboard in this fantastic outlet store, but go ahead and embrace the feeling. You can't go wrong with Swarovski which lasts forever and always makes a great present. 10/10 Would recommend!"
