"So I came to Niagara outlets looking to get a new watch. I'm always sceptical of buying one at a "corner" jewelry shop. So I stopped into Kay quickly and asked the Ladies ( Sam and Alexis) about their citizen collection. These ladies were so sweet and personable that after I left our quick first meeting I decided to go back. Sam helped me when I came back. I told her I needed a black citizen watch for my collection. She was very knowledgeable. Very sweet and very respectful of the fact that I was looking for a specific color and look and didn't try and push any other watches on me. Even if I didn't need a watch id come back to this Kay just to see her beautiful smile. Alexis was the other jeweler. She is the one that sized my band on my watch. She was very fast. "I have been going to Kay's for decades abd always have been pleased. My last purchase was a set including earrings, bracelet, ring and necklace whwas ich i purchased for my wife. The turquoise stone fell out of the ring and the bracelet broke after wearing the set one time. I was very disappointed to say the least. I went back to the store to discuss my options. There was not a question nor issue with either returning the set or getting a replacement set. I chose to return the set and purchase a different set. The staff was incredibly understanding, nice, friendly and helpful throughout the process. I have been and will continue to only shop Kays!! Thanyou."
