"Sent my bracelet out for repair and they have literally had it longer than I have. Originally sending out bracelet because it was missing a stone and they took over 5 months to get back to me. Now I get the bracelet back and a month later I’m missing a stone again… I got the bracelet back from the initial repair in March and had to send it out for another repair in May… now it’s almost august and I have heard next to nothing about the status of the repair and every time I call they ask if someone else can call me back at a later date… overall AWFUL SERVICE and cheaply made products… Still currently waiting for info on the $4400 bracelet purchased over a year ago. Definite waste of valuable time and money. DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING FOR ME FOR ALL OF THE INCONVENIENCE"
