"I stopped in with a watch that my wife bought me for Christmas that has a non traditional way of how you adjust the bracelet. They resized the bracelet no issue at all, it was quick and the customer service was great. I would highly recommend going there, this is a fairly high end time piece that I was nervous to take somewhere and have it mistreated and they treated the watch with extreme care and made sure it was perfect."
